 Maintaining your tan - How to keep your tan looking gorgeous for longer
Whether you’re tanning at home or in the salon, you’ll want to keep your tan looking good for as long as you can. There are two steps to a longer-lasting tan - polishing and moisturising.
We understand that you may have a favourite exfoliator and moisturiser but St. Tropez Body Polish and St. Tropez Body Moisturiser have been specially formulated to get the most out of your tan and we’d recommend you use them whenever you tan.
The polisher is gentler than an exfoliator, so it helps buff away dead skin cells rather than stripping the skin, which could result in patchiness as the tan fades. Use the polisher a couple of days after you tan, then every 2/3 days as it slowly fades. We’ve two fantastically indulgent moisturisers; St. Tropez Body Moisturiser, which will soften and nourish the skin and our brand new Body Butter, a luxuriously rich balm, which simply melts into the skin leaving it nourished and deeply moisturised. Used together, our polisher and moisturisers will keep your tan (and your skin) looking nourished, polished and sleeker for longer.
