CLOSING STATEMENT

After 21 busy, rewarding years and our desire to achieve a more balanced pace of life, we have decided to bring our Stamford branch to a close on the 28th of February.

This decision has not been an easy one, and as the saying goes, ‘we are not getting any younger’ and after much thought we have decided to semi retire.

Our heartfelt thanks goes to the teams both past and present, for their professionalism, commitment and consistently high standards. Their dedication to the care of our guests and to the reputation of the business has been integral for more than two decades.  We are sincerely appreciative of the contribution each and every one of them has made.

However, Equilibrium Oakham remains open, and will continue to be headed up by our Spa Director Gwen, where the team will offer our full range of beauty, holistic and aesthetic treatments, along with our Clarins retail experience.

If you have any outstanding gift vouchers that have not expired by the 28th of February, these can be redeemed at our Oakham salon for both treatments or products.

We will continue to provide a personal delivery service in and around the Stamford area, as well as mail order for those further afield.  So there is no need to miss out on your favourite Clarins products and you will still collect your Clarins for Me loyalty rewards.

As we approach our final weeks in Stamford, we would love to welcome you into our beautiful building one last time, whether for a treatment, to stock up on your favourite products, or simply to say ‘au revoir’ to the team.

As you can appreciate, this is a very emotional time for us all.  After 21 years of memories, friendships and shared moments, we hope this conveys our gratitude and love for everyone who has been part of this chapter.

We look forward to welcoming you at Equilibrium Oakham to continue the journey with us.
